Captions Generator Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days and we will refund the payment in full. No questions asked, however much you used Pro.
Which payments can be refunded

You can get one refund. Monthly renewals can't be refunded, so cancel before your next payment if you don't want to continue.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@captionsgenerator.app from the email you paid with. You don't need an account.
- We refund the whole payment, usually within 3 business days.
- The money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
Pro ends straight away and your subscription is cancelled, so you won't be charged again. You can keep using the Free plan.
Cancel instead
To stop future payments without a refund, click your name or initials at the top of the site, then Account & billing, then Manage subscription. On another device, log in first with the email you paid with. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your rights as a consumer
This guarantee comes on top of any right to cancel or get your money back that you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
